These days there seems to be more interest in the provenance of our food and drink than ever before. So being able to visit some of the brilliant local producers we have on our doorsteps is a real treat. While some are re-introducing our taste buds to long forgotten flavours, others are creating new markets for exciting new products. And their enthusiasm is infectious.
